Once your Human Resources system is connected, you'll find this list of available widgets. Let's take a brief tour of them and go over the main filters you can use to customize your experience.
But first, let's speak about some of the most commonly used KPI in human resource management:
Classic KPI
- Labor Cost
You can view it either as a numerical value or as a percentage of revenue.
You can display the labor cost from the human resource system (we take the number of hours worked and multiply it by the salary of each employee) to have past & future (estimation based on your planning). You will be able to display per jobs/groups of jobs, and go down to the day.
Widget : EmployeeCost
You can also display the labor cost from your accounting system. The level of details will then depend on how your accounting plan is organized.
Widget: Accounting - Productivity Ratio
This widely tracked ratio requires some adjustment to be meaningful. Traditionally, it is revenue divided by the number of hours, but it lacks specificity, as it doesn't differentiate between hours worked by managers, cleaning staff, or other job types. With Blent, you can dissect this KPI for a clearer insight into your team's productivity. By grouping jobs, consider these tailored KPIs: Number of rooms cleaned per hour worked for the housekeeping team.
Revenue generated per beverage divided by hours worked for the bar team.
Number of main courses sold divided by hours worked for the kitchen staff.
Widget : All the Employees' productivity - Turnover Rate:
Our widget showcases both the tally of newly signed contracts and the count of employees exiting the company within a specified time frame. You can assess turnover either through a dedicated calculation line or by contrasting trends using report rows and columns.
Widget : Count the number of new employee contracts, Count the number of employee terminated contracts, Count the number of employee's contract active - Attention Points:
We recommend monitoring the number of delayed hours or days due to sickness as it could signify potential issues with employee engagement, workplace morale, or health and safety. It may be beneficial to correlate this data with the number of overtime hours for a comprehensive view of workforce well-being and operational efficiency.
