Are the authorizations changing?
No, they remain unchanged, but they will be adjusted if you move a document from one folder to another. Please bear this in mind.
Is the workspace connected with other users?
Yes, it is, but the Favorites are individuals.
How does that affect things?
It means that now you can organize folders either per user or thematically. For example, in the P&L folder, you can store both the monthly report and the dashboard visualization.
