For a dashboard, you can add the new widget by following this tutorial.
1. Count the number of restaurant reservations
You can see past and future data. You can filter per POs outlet, F&B periods, ect.
2. Count the number of guests in the Restaurant
All the covers in your Booking system. You can filter per POs outlet, per Tables, F&B periods...
It's also used to calculate your Occupancy Rate.
3. Ratio between restaurant reservations and number of tickets (%)
The formula is : Number of ticket (from POS)/ Number of reservation (from booking) *100
4. Count the number of newly received restaurant reservations
Count the number of reservations received during the time periods selected.
You can filter all of these widgets per Status, which usually includes ; No-Show, Cancelled, Waitlisted, Walk-in ect.
You can create an alarm to always have an eye on the cancelation ration for example.
