How to use the dashboard
This dashboard can assist you in grasping the visitor patterns in your restaurant. What percentage of your restaurant's customers are staying at your hotel? Who spends more, hotel guests or non-hotel guests, etc.
To use it, you need to complete the payment group first.
Now you can see the revenue and other KPI breakdowns.
However, there are limitations because some hotel guests may have paid with cash or cards, but this is still a good indicator. Depending on your POS, you may have other ways to track if the customer is coming from the hotel. If you need help adapting the dashboard to your system options, ask your Blent project manager.
To delve deeper
