In the tab "Tools", you can find a variety of your hotel's data interpretations for your analysis.
There are three main groups of tools for hotels:
Stays
On the "Top room stay" page, you have the overview of the rating from the most contributing entity to the least per entity type. You have these ratings for room types, market codes, sources of business, etc. And then at the bottom of the page, you also have the top-lists of your most contributing customers by type: customers, travel agencies, companies. Even a specific travel agent, if you have the contacts specified.
The "Top pickup" page looks very similar to the "Top room stay" one, but shows the top rating not for the stay dates, but for the dates when the booking was created. For example, if you select the date range in the top left corner for the whole month of February, you will see what customers from which Countries were booking most actively in February, from which sources of business most of the booking came in February, etc.
Then you have pages from "Hotel" to "Source of Business", on each of these pages, you can see the KPIs and revenues per entity: so for each Market Code, for each Source of Business, Country, etc. "Hotel" page will have the total number for all the room nights for a selected time period if it is an individual property's account. and split by property for a group account.
In the "Pricing" tab, you can see the KPIs for each of your room types for your pricing analysis.
Profiles
Each page in the Profiles section gives you a top rating of the most contributing customers, as well as various graphs showing the statistics and reviewing the contribution for each individual profile.
Each of these pages can also be copied into your workspace if you want to modify it.
Pickup
On all the pages under the "Pickup" tab, you can see the evolution of the new bookings and cancellations as a whole ("Hotel" tab) or for a concrete entity (all the other tabs). You can select a period for which you want to see the movement and click "Play". Or you can also click on a particular date and see the bookings and cancellations log for this particular date.
Finance
With these two tools, you can explore all your PMS transactions and Accounting movements.
Data Exploration
If you are looking at a date in the future, the Rev. Acc. is the rate plan of the rooms booked.
If you are looking at a date in the past, Rev. Acc. is the PMS revenue for Accomodation
The ADR is always calculated with the Rate Plan, past or future.
