How to create an alert
You can set up an alert and receive an email for almost every single line of your reports and dashboards. This allows you to be informed about everything that matters without even having to look at the report every morning.
Here are some ideas for alerts you can set up:
If by Friday PM the shop sells fewer than 360 white chocolate cookies, send an alert to activate a “3 for 2” promotion.
If cancellations exceed 4% of revenue, send an email to the GM.
If F&B costs exceed 25% for the month-to-date, send a message to the chef.
