1. New Bookings Summary
This dashboard provides a clear overview of overall booking behavior, showing which days had higher or lower booking activity, as well as the breakdown of the latest bookings by stay characteristics.
2. Pick-Up Daily Dashboard
The key features of this dashboard are the detailed daily pickup data and an overview of future occupancy.
3. Pickup Future – Individual vs. Group
The main purpose of this dashboard is to highlight differences in booking behavior between individual and group bookings. This is achieved through the pickup progression and newly created room nights graphs for various KPIs.
4. Pickup Progression for Occupancy, RevPAR, ADR, etc.
This dashboard provides a deeper view of pickup progression for the main operational KPIs across three time frames: this month, next month, and two months into the future.
5. Pricing Future
This dashboard focuses on price evolution and its comparison with occupancy fluctuations.
