How does a Two-Factor Authentication works
From now on, two-factor authentication is mandatory for all our customers. This measure helps enhance the security of your account in the system.
This mechanism adds an extra layer of protection beyond your usual login and password.
What to expect with the Two-Factor Authentication
- You need to download an authentication application. Here are the most popular ones:
For Iphone:
Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy, Microsoft Authenticator
For Android:
Google Authenticator, Twilio Authy, Microsoft Authenticator - You need to have access to your phone each time you want to connect to Blent.
- If you don't connect to your Blent account, you will automatically be logged out after 48 hours. You will also be automatically logged out every 15 days.
How to activate the Two-Factor Authentication
Please follow the below tutorial Number Two (Your personal settings).
Now open your authentication application and scan the QR code. The application will provide you with your secret code. Enter it in Blent, click on save and you're done!
Next time you need to connect to Blent, just open your application and copy-paste the secret code.
