What to find on the Knowledge Base
In order to simplify the use of Blent platform, we have created Blent Knowledge Base. It is a collection of all information about the platform, the specific features and how to use the platform.
You will find answers to almost all your questions there. Whether you are creating your first reports, editing a dashboard or looking for details about a specific widget, everything you need is here.
Where to find the Knowledge Base
The Knowledge Base can be accessed directly from your workspace in Blent platform.
You need to click on your name on the top-right corner of the platform, and then click on the "Help Center" button.
For a smoother reading of the video tutorials, click on the arrow at top right to enlarge the screen.
You can also directly access the Knowledge Base from the URL https://blenthospitality.zendesk.com/hc/
To note that it can be accessed without signing in into Blent platform, our articles are public and can be read by anyone from your organization, even without a Blent user.
The language of the Knowledge Base automatically adjusts according to your Blent account. You can change it in the top right-hand corner of the homepage (English or French versions). We are constantly revising the translations. If some is missing or inaccurate, please do not hesitate to give us your feedback.
Your personalised Knowledge Base
It is possible that some articles have been crafted for your personal use!
To access them, you need to sign in into Blent Knowledge Base using the same email address associated with your Blent account.

Once your account is created, you can navigate through the Knowledge Base the same way: you will have access to all public articles as well as to the articles specifically issued for your group or property.
Articles visible exclusively to your company will be displayed under the category * Information specific to some customers * - *YourCompanyName*.
