You have a hotel, and you want to know how many of your clients are interns ? You can filter your covers by payment (charge in room = intern clients).
You'll find two additional widgets on the interface: "Count number of covers with only these menu items" and "Count number of covers with these menu items." These widgets provide valuable insights into guest consumption, such as the percentage of guests who ordered a dessert or the number of guests who exclusively ordered drinks during happy hour.
To get the number of covers from your booking system, use the widget "Count the number of guest in the restaurant".
I want to have my average cover
The widget "Average cover revenue" will give you the revenue from POS divided with cover from POS. You can use the filters by group of tables, periods etc. to understand your services better.
But if you want to get an average ticket on wine revenue, for example, you will have to use a calculation line.
In this example, we are finding the average spent on covers that order wine. You can also find the average wine revenue per total cover (no filter in number of on covers), or how much customers that only order wine spend on average. As you can see, you can go deep into analysis !
